Responsibilities
-Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
-Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
-Plan and organize customer appointments
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
-Keep reception area and waiting room clean and tidy.
-Assist notaries and administrative staff with various office tasks as required.
Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a receptionist
-English Only
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multi-task.
-Proficiency with computer tools and Microsoft Office suite.
-Discretion and total respect for confidentiality.
