As the Contract Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, brokers, and visitors. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent service both in person and over the phone, helping to maintain our office’s security protocols and smooth daily operations. This is a front-facing role that requires strong communication, reliability, and professionalism.

Training (Mandatory): June 18, 19, and 20
Contract Duration: June 23 through July 16 (inclusive)

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet all visitors warmly and professionally.
Ensure visitors sign in and present valid identification.
Issue and log security access cards.
Collect and check returned access cards each morning.
Coordinate with building security as needed.
Phone Reception
Manage a high volume of inbound calls from clients and brokers.
Provide accurate information regarding claims, accounts, and general inquiries.
Route calls to the appropriate team or department.
Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure follow-up.
Administrative Support
Maintain visitor logs and card tracking sheets.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Assist with light administrative tasks as requested by staff or management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service.
Comfortable managing multi-line phone systems and high call volume.
Friendly and approachable, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent organizational skills.
Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
