Working onsite for a financial company
Salary: $19-21 per hour
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
As a Reception / Greeter your responsibilities will be:
- General reception area coverage and providing front office presence
- Greeting clients/ guests who enter the office in a polite and courteous manner
- Offering and making refreshments (offer beverages ie. coffee, water etc.)
- Advise team members when their guests have arrived
- Maintain a clean workspace, sorting of mail
- No phone or computer work involved
Qualifications
- Enjoys working in a corporate office setting
- Approachable and accommodating to walk-in traffic
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and enthusiastic attitude
- Requires Business / Professional attire, no jeans or logos
