Responsibilities
-Maintaining aesthetic standards, cleanliness, and presentation of the workplace.
-Performing facilities-related tasks and housekeeping duties such as tidying meeting rooms, kitchen areas, washrooms, and printing areas
-Facilitating office food & supply procurement
-Setting up and cleaning catering/refreshment orders.
-Supporting the administrative function by sorting mail and managing office deliveries
-Performing other facilities-related tasks as required
Qualifications
-Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role as office coordinator or facility coordinator.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-Professional appearance and demeanour.
