Advantages
- Permanent full time position Monday to Friday
- Flexible start end times (8am to 4 or 5pm, sometimes 10am to 6pm)
- Occasional evenings or weekends to cover other shifts

Responsibilities
• Takes appointments over the phone and in person and manage online bookings.
• Manage and maximize the appointment book.
• Manages the cash register (payments, purchases, gift cards).
• Knowledgeable about the differences and technicalities of each treatment type and can provide clients with pertinent advice.
• Maintains a clean and safe workspace and ensures there is always sufficient supplies on hand.
• Ensures clients are fully satisfied before leaving the spa and provides excellent customer service.
• Manage first level customer complaints.
• Manage customer profiles and ensure that all required information is included.
• Ensure all clients are aware of the spa’s cancellation and refund policies.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
• At the request of management, perform administrative or other tasks deemed reasonable.
Qualifications
• You are personable and serious about providing the highest level of customer service.
• Bilingualism (you can engage with your client in French and English.
• You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly, and you have an excellent team spirit.
• Highly adaptable, organized, positive, energetic, and polite.
• Able to multitask
