Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and organized.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and the public.
Support other departments with administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, phone systems, etc.)
Available to work Monday to Friday, in office during regular business hours
