Responsibilities
Open physical and electronic files;
Prepare, review, format, and assist professionals in drafting contracts, agreements, and various legal documents, including declarations of co-ownership, legal opinions, loan agreements, mortgage deeds, deeds of sale, and other documents related to real estate transactions;
Adapt and customize the templates used;
Conduct legal research online in various computer databases (REQ, Land Registry, RDPRM, SOQUIJ, etc.);
Obtain municipal and school tax bills;
Monitor files, timelines, and professional agendas;
Time notarial deeds in Para-Maître and publish them in the Land Registry and RDPRM;
Manage financing documents via the Assyst Immobilier platform;
Communicate with clients and file stakeholders, and follow up;
All other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Have appropriate training for the position or relevant work experience;
Have excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (25% English-speaking clientele);
Have a good command of the complete Office Suite;
Have knowledge of Para-Maître software, an asset;
Possess well-developed teamwork skills;
Have the ability to work with tight deadlines;
Be results-oriented and know how to prioritize emergencies;
Have a customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
