-Desirable shifts on days. Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
-Rate of pay is $22 per hour
-Full-time work with an opportunity to be hired permanently
-Optional benefits package through Randstad
-Once hired on permanently, the company offers a competitive bonus pay based on performance, benefits including a health spending account and paid vacation.
Responsibilities
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
-Operating a Toyota Reach Forklift
-Loading and unloading products
-Storing, moving, and handling materials
-Assisting with the Shipping and Receiving of goods, allocating to appropriate departments
-Working in a team environment as well as independently
- Material handling initially, arranging product accordingly
- Inventory control and coordination of shipping
-Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Unpack incoming material to verify the appropriate quality of products
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-Valid Reach Truck license
-Proficient with the use of computers including email, internet applications and basic data entry, experience with an inventory management software would be an asset
- Mechanically and service oriented;
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and follow-up skills;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
-Minimum 1 year of experience operating a reach forklift
- Able to be comfortable lifting 50lbs
-Someone who is extremely reliable and willing to work hard
