Our client, a company located in Montreal, is seeking a Quality Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Quality Director, the selected candidate will play a key role in supporting quality operations, including customer returns, inspections, and quality system management. Main responsibilities include supporting quality control activities, participating in audits, writing procedures, and working closely with production teams. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in quality management or equivalent experience, has 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must reside in Quebec and be authorized to work in Canada.
Work shift: Day shift
Location: Montreal
Salary: $60,000 and up, depending on experience
Employment type: Permanent
Important: Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in the province of Quebec.

Responsibilities
• Receiving, validating, cleaning, and shipping returned units (customer returns)

• Updating and developing performance indicators
• Implementing an incoming inspection strategy
• Supporting problem resolution
• Participating in internal and external audits
Qualifications
• AEC in Quality Management or equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years of experience in team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in both spoken and written French and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to write clear and effective processes
• Team-oriented, autonomous, responsible, and flexible
