Our client, a company located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, is looking for a Quality Coordinator. Under the supervision of management, the selected candidate will ensure product and process compliance according to internal and external quality standards. Main responsibilities include implementing and monitoring the quality system, managing audits, addressing non-conformities, and collaborating with production teams and suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in quality assurance or a related field, has at least 2 years of experience, is proficient in ISO 9001:2015 standards (N299 is an asset), and has a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must reside in Quebec and be authorized to work in Canada.
Shift: Day shift
Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux
Salary: $55,000 and up, depending on experience
Duration: Permanent
Important: Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and already reside in the province of Quebec.

Responsibilities
• Validate the compliance of process execution.
• Analyze non-conformities and initiate necessary corrective actions.
• Investigate customer and colleague complaints.
• Identify performance indicators and recommend improvement measures.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Participate in the training of new employees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Write a daily report summarizing accomplishments.
• Perform any other tasks related to the position.
Qualifications
• DEC or AEC in Quality Management, Administration, or other relevant training with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in a comparable role in a professional environment.
• Ability to identify issues, propose innovative solutions, and apply them effectively.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and N299 standards is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Results-oriented attitude, able to adapt to varying workloads.
• Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
