- Responsibilities Include:1. Receive and triage banking modification requests daily; data entry and validation from submitted requests into SharePoint2. Prioritize, triage, and execute requests by confirming bank details directly with the supplier (e.g., by matching updates received with bank account details confirmed by the bank) via phone.3. Manage a queue of modification requests, group mailbox and voicemail4. Update ServiceNow with information receivedResponsibilities Include:1.
