Our client, a major player in the crane rental and maintenance industry, is looking for a Buyer to join their team. The company provides its clients with a modern and diverse fleet, suitable for all types of projects. The Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement of mechanical parts and equipment needed for the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s crane fleet.

Responsibilities
Place orders and ensure follow-up until delivery.
Optimize inventory.
Manage spare parts stock and anticipate needs.
Evaluate supplier performance and propose corrective actions if necessary.
Collaborate with technical teams to address specific and urgent needs.
Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
Qualifications

DEC or AEC in Supply Chain Management or any other relevant qualifications.
2 years of experience in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of mechanics and heavy machinery (asset).
Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (asset).
