What does your daily life look like:
-Prepare quotes and support sales contracts
-Convert Purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
- Manage standard inventory items.
· Manage inventory objectives.
· Review and process return purchase orders.
· Enter credits and debits upon request.
· Have an understanding of the supply base including contact and general costing
information, lead time and capabilities.
·· Prepare supplier reviews.
· Understanding of corporate objectives sales/ operations/ purchasing.
· A complete understanding of the Purchasing System and the process for contracts and scheduling agreements.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years purchasing experience
·Bilingualism both orally and in writing
MS Office knowledge
Experience in a similar position
Priority management and versatility
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or other closely is an asset
