Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the purchasing department with administrative duties
- Process and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels
- Assist in verifying pricing and order quantities
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in purchasing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of procurement or inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
