-He/she will request quotations from suppliers and complete administrative documents
-Invoicing to drafting documents and preparing project files
-supports the team and performs a variety of tasks according to the company's needs
Qualifications
-Good sense of planning and prioritization of issues
-Must be autonomous, organized and take initiative
-Have a positive attitude and be dynamic
-Experience in tendering, bonding and bond applications
-Ability to invoice
-Respect ethical issues related to confidentiality
-Ability to multi-task
-Advanced information skills (Microsoft Office).
