Responsibilities
Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing phone inquiries, concerns, and questions with professionalism and care.
Site Staff Coordination: Collaborate with on-site staff by preparing and managing work orders for tenant repair requests.
Facility Reservations: Handle bookings for guest suites, party rooms, and elevator reservations, ensuring a smooth process for tenants.
Intercom Management: Keep property intercom panels up-to-date to maintain seamless communication and access.
Notice Preparation and Delivery: Create and distribute notices related to residents, special projects, or common areas in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivables Support: Assist with rental receipts, income tax documentation, and deposit processing to ensure accurate financial records.
Administrative Support: Provide filing assistance and organizational support for property administrators to keep records in order.
Qualifications
Stress Management: Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
Bilingual Advantage: While not required, proficiency in both English and French is a valuable asset.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is highly regarded.
Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with diverse audiences.
Excellent Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a dynamic work setting.
