We are looking for a Property Accountant to join a dynamic accounting team in the West Island. If you have experience managing the full accounting cycle, have worked in a public company, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities
- Managing the full accounting cycle for a property portfolio.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.
- Overseeing cash management to maintain optimal balances.
- Handling year-end tenant reconciliations for realty tax and CAM billings.
- Assisting in budget preparation in collaboration with other departments.
- Communicating with external stakeholders and providing financial insights.
Qualifications
- A college or University Degree in financial accounting or related
- 3+ years of experience (real estate a strong asset)
- Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
- Excel skills
- Bilingual (international exposure)
- Attention to detail, autonomy and a passion for accuracy.
