- Prepare financial reports for2 properties
- Develop the annual property budget
- Analyze variance variances in capital, operational and cash budgets
- Participate in special projects
- Check balance sheet accounts
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- French speaking environment
- Functional English
- Advanced Excel
- Thoroughness, rigor, excellent sense of organization
