Responsibilities
• Opening CNESST files: Compile and submit necessary documentation
• Excavation coordination: Gather required excavation information and manage activities to ensure work safety
• Safety collaboration: Work with safety officers to develop and implement the prevention program
• Insurance: help with the process of subscribing to construction insurance and provide requires documents to insurers
• Evaluate tenant needs: Assist in the daily assessment of needs for new tenants
• Support the Project Manager
• Organize workshop drawings
• Maintain a cost database related to change orders and regularly communicate with subcontractors
• Coordinate site-related activities
• Attend meetings and participate in quality control follow-ups
• Work with the superintendent on timeline advancements
• Ensure the smooth operation of the site and manage certain technical files
• Prepare subcontractor contracts and participate in the negotiation process
• Assist the project manager with financial tasks, including creating POs and monthly invoicing
• Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with the Vice President and Director on administrative and logistical tasks and serve as a point of contact for information between teams.

• Revenue Quebec Attestation
• CCQ and CNESST Attestation
• Other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• French and English language, spoken and written are required
• Experience in the construction field
• 2 years of experience in a similar position as a project manager assistant
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work in a team and adapt to changes
• Ability to execute tasks quickly while maintaining high-quality work
• Self-sufficient with good initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up is required
