As a consultant with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
Work with cross functional teams to obtain and document required information prior to briefing materials to be redeveloped with more sustainable inputs.
Create sustainable material redevelopment briefs in raw material brief system and enroll raw material developers.
Track sustainable material redevelopment statuses and escalate any risks or concerns to managers.
Maintain sustainable material redevelopment Smartsheet tracker to support data analytics and cross functional communication
Work with Product Development and Product Technical Services team to project manage fit and wear testing of materials redeveloped with more sustainable inputs.
Support in maintaining and validating sustainable materials data in internal material data systems
Perform basic analysis in excel to support with material redevelopment prioritization and styles level update opportunities
Support deactivation process to ensure conventional materials that are no longer needed are removed from our digital and physical raw material library.
Track status and timing for sustainable material redevelopment adoption into product to ensure seasonal timelines are maintained and any risks are escalated.
Complete Bill Of Material analysis to confirm styles are using the correct sustainable materials and work with product development to update mistakes and/or execute simple changes prior to deadlines.
Track, anticipate and communicate Go To Market calendar activities and deadlines that are relevant to the team
Support with process improvement documentation and communication.
Support with scheduling meetings and building PowerPoint decks
Qualifications
2-5 years of work experience in textiles, apparel, footwear or adjacent consumer goods industry.
Bachelor degree in areas of supply chain management, business, merchandising, textile/apparel or engineering. Social or environmental studies a plus.
Experience with Excel and interest in data analysis
Experience with product development processes and product data management.
Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and solve problems.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to communicate across multiple teams and topics
