They will serve as the central point of communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
The project manager will establish project plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and monitor progress. Furthermore, the project manager will build relationships with internal and external resources and report regularly on the project status to leadership.
Duties include but are not limited to, defining project approaches, leading initiation, planning, and sequencing exercises, analyzing and clarifying project scope and desired outcomes, integrating project information into management plans and reports, facilitating the production of project deliverables, defining and employing tools required to measure, monitor and manage the timely completion of project outcomes.

University Degree in either Business Administration or Information Technology OR
An equivalent combination of a college diploma (related to Business Administration and/or IT) and/or experience may also be considered.
Demonstrated 6 years of experience in project management of large-scale IT projects, with a specific focus on major implementations, replacements, or consolidation of Clinical Information Systems in the Healthcare industry.

Demonstrated 6 years of experience planning and overseeing major healthcare technology-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budge,t and according to the agreed scope of delivery. Focus on work with health information systems, healthcare operations, technology,y and/or software implementations.
Demonstrated 6 years of expertise employing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices – including leading projects through the full lifecycle using adaptive (agile) and predictive (waterfall) modes.
Demonstrated 6 years of experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter and technical experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience leading large transformational projects (over 2 years in duration) requiring the consolidation of multiple applications and tools.
Demonstrated experience working within New Brunswick's technology or healthcare environments showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English, French is an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment.
