•Leads project team(s) in a matrix environment (business clients, Service Experience team, Strategic Client Managers, IT Solutions Support Team, Marketing and
Communications Team, IT Planning and Architecture, etc.)
•Ensures all phases of project delivery are performed within IT, Corporate and Digital Peel standards, timeframes and budget requirements (CPMM and IT Extensions)
•Coordinates the logistics (e.g. preparation of tenders and contracts, develop project plans, work schedules and determines priorities) or operational elements (e.g. budgets
and resource requirements) for well defined IT projects.
Vendor(s) Management
• Determines priorities and resource allocation
•Works with Client Relationship Managers to define Project Charter and Business Case (IT Concepts, IT Analysis and IT Design) in consultation with subject matter experts
within the organization
•Ensures that applications, information, system, technology, and security architectures meet current standards by working with Enterprise Architecture Management Team.
If the client business needs do not meet current standards, this position will work with ISTS Planning and architecture to prepare the case for a change in architecture for
review by the governance process
•Designs the overall project strategy, creates, executes and controls project plans, manages project change control process, and administers the project& budget
•Provides project team, business stakeholder meetings and regular reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, Project Sponsor, Senior Project Manager IT Projects,
Steering Committee, and possibly ELT or other Regional Committees and other stakeholders, as appropriate
•Leads the UAT in consultation with QA, Service Experience, Solutions Architects, Developers, Change Managers and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the project’s production deployment activities and follow the SDLC methodology.
•Manage project hypercare activities with stakeholders that include the managing of defects and enhancements of the solution.
• Motivates project team(s) to work as a cohesive unit and ensures the completeness of the project & deliverables.
•Resolves strategic issues or escalates to the appropriate level.
•Closes the project and conducts post implementation review.

Responsibilities
Deliverables:
•Delivery project plan to business area and project team, terms of engagement, status reports, meetings
•Obtain design approvals from technical team and initiate development stage
•Demo of the sprints, get approvals and review from each sprint from project team, business
•Document UAT test scripts for business and in Azure DevOps
•Send UAT prep communication to service areas, status communications during UAT phase & develop onboarding & orientation sessions
•Get sign-off from business for UAT and provide UAT report (# of scripts, defects etc.)
•Review feedback and prioritize those for ongoing release and Maintenance Continuous Improvement & path.
• Lead pre-deployment checklist and prepare for go-live.
• If MVP assessment is successful, release to production environment; if not, return to analysis, design or development and QA
• Coordinate connection of the forms for the service pages for end user & Go- live
•Continuous measurements and tracking of design and development impact
•Manage hypercare activities with stakeholders
•Operational Sustainment plan completed and approved.
Qualifications
Mandatory Certifications:
Project management certification (either one of PMP, CAPM, CSM, PPM, MPM)
Mandatory soft skills:
•Ability to influence and negotiate without formal authority
•Excellent customer service skills and orientation, including the demonstrated
ability to work constructively and flexibly with client groups
•Proven track record of establishing productive relationships with business
partners, customers, staff and vendors
•Proven organizational, multi-tasking, time management, planning and project
management skills to organize resources and manage priorities in a fast
paced, constantly changing environment
•Excellent communication skills to work with clients, technical team,
management and executive level staff to communicate technological
principles and information in an audience-friendly manner
