Responsibilities
• Assess current and future enterprise business requirements by liaising with the business and IT stakeholders.
• Manages the creation and ongoing management of a platform roadmap
• Assesses vendor solution options for risk, benefits, cost, technical constraints, and opportunities as they relate to the purpose of the platform
• Ensures that applicable frameworks, quality systems, and solution designs provide a proper operational fit
• Analyses business requirements and determine technical requirements for systems development.
• Collaborates with application, infrastructure, and security teams to produce architecture and design deliverables.
• Acts as a project manager, technical expert and resource allocation by leading the development and implementation of architecture solutions and ensuring seamless implementation.
• Acts as an overseeing manager for platform sustainment teams and development teams
Qualifications
- HCM Cloud project experience / project management responsibility for at least one HCM cloud project is desirable
- Experience with implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in working for or with third party systems integrators as part of complex technology project implementation
- Demonstrated ability to bring functional teams together for integrated efforts
- Excellent team building and stakeholder management skills
