Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end to end management of a project through the full lifecycle from planning to close-out phases
- Successfully deliver the defined goals and objectives within the project’s start and end dates
- Collaborate with the IT team, business stakeholders, and vendors to develop a comprehensive migration plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and technical requirements
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all necessary reports and records regarding program deliverables including:
- - Maintain RAID log, manages dependencies.
- - Weekly status meetings & reporting
- Monthly financials, budgeting/forecasting.
- Prepares & maintains PM deliverables.
- Adheres to the PMO Project Delivery Framework
