Responsibilities
-Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
-The Project Manager is responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a project’s objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project implementation.
-Actively engage with Manufacturing Operations to evaluate existing process layouts in terms of new process integration, ensuring best utilization of floor space, minimized handling and optimum process flow.
-Define the technical objectives of engineering assignments and make decisions regarding the direction and outcomes of these assignments.
-Monitor and control the progress of work, ensuring the sound application of engineering principles and the proper use of policies and procedures.
-Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and appropriately managing project risk and liaise with broader team on common issues and resolutions
-Establishment of priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team while using project management tools and techniques to support the delivery of the project per cost and time commit.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.
-4+ years of experience in a technical or project management role in a highly regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, automotive, aerospace, food & beverage).
-Will have demonstrated an ability to define project risk and to effectively manage project risks
-Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products - Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project required
-Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal Skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
-The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic & results oriented team environment where flexibility is essential
-Excellent analytical skills, ability to plan, organize and implement concurrent tasks
Preferred:
-Experience in medical device or manufacturing industries, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and global quality standards is nice to have.
