Responsibilities
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 4 years minimum of project management experience
2) Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system implementation experience – Ideally more than one project.**
3) Deep knowledge of the functionality, capabilities, and setup of CLM tool
4) Attention to details and problem solving between business and IT, to support implementation and successful launch.
Systems being considered, 1 will be chosen. The candidate ideally has experience with one of these: Ivalua, Sirion, icertis, DocuSign, Iron Clad.
Nice-To-Have Skills/ Strong Assets:
- Supply chain project experience
Education:
• Undergraduate degree (business preferred)
• Certifications: n/a
