Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
▪ Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables,
required resources, budget, and timing.
▪ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish
project specifications.
▪ Create and oversee schedules, ensuring projects remain on track and
deadlines are met.
• Team Leadership:
▪ Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and
laborers.
▪ Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment
and understanding of project goals and progress.
• Budget and Resource Management:
▪ Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective
procurement of materials and services.
▪ Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project demands.
• Quality Control:
▪ Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and comply with
building codes and regulations.
▪ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality.
• Risk Management:

▪ Handle project-related issues promptly and effectively to minimize impact.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is highly desirable.
• Experience with innovative construction techniques and sustainable building
practices.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in Canada (preferably lower mainland)
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
