Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
Manage project schedules, meetings, and conference calls.
Organize and manage project documents (plans, contracts, permits, etc.).
Manage travel arrangements and maintain email correspondence.
Write project updates for internal communications.
Track and process invoices, create purchase orders in SAP.
Welcome visitors and provide administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications
DEC in office administration or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) as all project communications are in English.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Project management experience is an asset.
