Responsibilities
•Facilitation and coordination of multiple stakeholders to meet a desired scope, budget and timeline;
• Project planning and management including scope and scheduling;
• Manage and track the procurements for IMIT equipment and services;
• IMIT budget management throughout project lifecycle;
• Project budget planning, tracking and forecasting;
• Project documentation control;
• Issue management, escalation and tracking;
• Decision making support and tracking;
• On site coordination and support;
• Meeting coordination, planning and documentation;
Qualifications
• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered;
Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in project coordination;
• Has previous experience supporting IT infrastructure in renovation and construction projects;
• Possesses advanced communication skills and has proven their capability to translate complex technical solutions into business focusedanguage; and
• Has previous experience in healthcare IT.
