Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing project documentation.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Data Management: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for project managers Progress.
Tracking: Monitor project progress and report any issues to the project manager.
Communication: Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for senior managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams that include a diverse range of personalities and skills
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project files for reference
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or Related Field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office and project management software, and excellent communication abilitie Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiples task in a time sensitive manner
Demonstrated knowledge of best practice project management methodologies and a desire for continuous improvement and problem solving
Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SharePoint, and the MS Suite. is a plus
Must be organized, analytical, flexible, team-oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Very strong organization and follow-up capabilities
Understanding of software development frameworks and technologies
Bonus asks
Experience working in an Agile environment
Jira and Confluence
