Project Scheduling: Assist in developing and managing project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Document Control: Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and invoices.
Coordination with Teams: Liaise between architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Budget Tracking: Help monitor project budgets, assist in the processing of invoices, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Procurement Support: Assist with sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely procurement to meet project requirements.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the project adheres to local laws, building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, track project milestones, and report on status.
Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress reports to the project manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
