Responsibilities
-Planning and Scheduling of field technicians
- Knowledge of active projects and required scope
- Processing and Coordination of materials to site
- Review of work files and oversite on documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Work with Construction coordinator to ensure site preparation
- Manage work flow through workload/seasonal variations
- Monthly tool box meetings
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous Construction experience with document management
- Customer service experience
- Strong Organizational, communication, multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
