Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to the schedule, specifications, and budget
• Handle project administration
• Prepare and submit construction project budget
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against the established schedules
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions
• Develop and implement quality control
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
• Hire and supervise the activity of subcontractors and subordinate staff
• Pre-qualify trade contractors and other vendors for projects across the GTA
• Communicate regularly with site superintendents and projects managers
Qualifications
•Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related experience
•Project Coordination and Construction Project Management experience with Residential projects
•Budgeting and Estimating skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
•Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
