The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting project governance, financials, and overall coordination of project deliverables, working closely with various stakeholders including TS Finance, program PMO, and technology teams.
This is a 5 month contract with possible extension. Hybrid in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
-Manage relationships with internal and external project stakeholders
-Coordinate all activities related to project budgeting, forecasting, and actuals
-Prepare and maintain financial reporting including monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports
-Support invoice processing and track resource utilization
-Act as the central point of communication for core team members and stakeholders
-Maintain project financial tools including EPM, Carpe Diem, and MS Project
-Monitor and ensure compliance with governance and program delivery standards
-Facilitate financial status meetings and provide updates to leadership
-Identify issues and escalate where appropriate
Qualifications
-8+ years of project management experience in financial services or banking
-Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
-Proven experience managing project financials and governance
-Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Excel, MS Project, Clarity
-Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
-Experience with payment systems and fraud/compliance programs
