• Ensure the smooth running of our ongoing projects by being the main contact for all stakeholders in the process.
• Assist in the development and management of operations for future projects.
• Management of operations processes between the sales department and shipping.
• Cost analysis reports related to projects.
• Communicate with sales, procurement, shipping and administration.
• Establish, implement and maintain Health & Safety rules.
• Assistance in the management of quotes/orders for a range of specialized products.
• Provide support to all departments as required.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Mandatory high school diploma + training in project coordination or management, or equivalency.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination and/or management
• Effective communication between departments
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
• Autonomous and Team Player
• High Level of organization and attention to details
• Knowledge in Microsoft OFFICE
• Bilingual: French and English.
