Responsibilities
-Oversee all aspects of electrical service and small projects for National Account customers in BC, from initiation to completion
-Pursue and prepare service agreement proposals
-Review and manage existing service agreements and contracts
-Manage full project scope: estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and client service
-Maintain good relationships with suppliers, consultants, service team and national account clients
-Manage project financials, including billing
-Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to meet project and customer requirements
-Be present on jobsites when required
-Travel within BC may be required to visit job sites and meet with clients
Qualifications
-Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate
-5+ years experience in Electrical Project Management
-2+ years experience managing service or maintenance agreements and contracts
-Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an asset
-Previous experience managing national accounts an asset
-Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
-Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
-Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
-Good computer skills including MS Office, Procore, ZOOM, etc.
