Responsibilities
- Design and develop PowerApps to meet specific business and functional requirements, ensuring that applications are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable.
- Lead application support activities, addressing incidents and performing root cause analysis.
- Identify and resolve workflow issues to optimize business operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage the Power Platform to enhance business workflows.
- Contribute to developing a strategic roadmap for Power Platform adoption and optimization.
- Monitor system usage, suggesting improvements and upgrades as needed.
- Assess current database configurations and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data analysis and insights.
- Document development processes, workflows, and solutions for reference and training purposes.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Valid Reliability level or higher Security Clearance
- Several years of experience as a Programming Analyst some of which is in an Application Development setting.
- Proven experience in leading the development of new applications or major application releases using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) for application development, data management, and analysis.
- Experience in creating technical artifacts, including Technical Design documents, as well as Unit and Integration Test Cases.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
