Responsibilities
he Program Manager works closely with our business partners and Technology leadership to manage end-to-end programs, ensure roadmaps are in place for their programs, and take all program-level risks and dependencies into consideration to inform sequencing.
Participating in intake process for program
Proxy and time creator for aligned Sr. Manager – representing points of view and critical stakeholder engagement
Cross-PET budget coordination, identifying the connections across programs, project and synonymous work requests.
Responsible for managing holistic budget & reporting for program
Actively participating in Program Management Community of Practice
Creating and managing program roadmap and evaluating against other programs within PET
Utilizing development team to manage overall execution within program
Partnering with technology and business partners to align on program deliverables
Providing support and guidance for project managers within the program, including 1:1s with PMs
Qualifications
5+ years of program management experience
5+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience
Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Demonstrated experience in managing $2M plus budgets
Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into roadmaps
Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind
