Responsibilities
-Review and ensure all requisitions are assigned to a recruiter and confirm the positions are posted.
-Reviews offer letters to ensure accuracy and confirms approval to proceed.
-Initiates and monitors background checks to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Coordinates and manages Hiring events, Job fairs and other recruitment initiatives.
-Provides support to recruiters to ensure application of recruitment practices, programs, policies and regulations
-Maintains and updates various KPI's and reporting
-Ensure that the recruitment budget is allocated and managed appropriately.
-Managing the onboarding process for all new hires. Coordinating off site facilities as needed to support large new hire orientations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of volume skilled trades recruitment experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
This is a fast paced, demanding project that requires an experience leader that is experienced in a manufacturing or construction recruitment environment. The expectation for the recruitment team is to onboard 40-80 new employees a week consistently
