Responsibilities
-Responding to member inquiries regarding the application, registration and payment process for select professional certificate programs. Gathering information from members and helping them determine if the program is the right fit for them.
-Supporting any corporate training opportunities by speaking with the decision maker, making learning/training recommendations based on their organization needs, confirm all logistical requirements and helping through the confirmation and payment process.
-Evaluating individual member circumstances to determine if they need more support in making the final decision, referring them to the right people to move the process along and supporting members through the application and registration process.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions, discussions and resolutions and providing updates on progress towards enrollment targets.
-Developing and implement recruitment strategies to meet the enrollment targets and identify areas of opportunities and adjust strategies as required.
-Supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns to drive inquiries and support the conversion process from initial inquiry to registration.
Collaborate with the PD and marketing teams to meet registration targets.
Qualifications
-A post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration or other field with prior experience working in a learning or customer service environment.
-Experience in enrollment management or related roles in a professional development or education setting.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to obtain and provide information in a clear and concise manner.
-Ability to work in collaboration with others and independently.
-Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision.
-Excellent time-management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet simultaneous deadlines.
