Responsibilities
As an Incident Management Consultant you will manage a centralized mailbox, ensuring timely and efficient communication regarding incident reports. The consultant will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to identify, investigate, and mediate incidents, while also providing backup support to the Senior Incident Management Consultant. Additionally, this role will assist in meeting records retention requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Must haves:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience -resolving issues and stakeholder management
2. Strong writing skills
3. Strong oral communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Previous banking experience
- Corporate experience
- Previous incident management experience
- Tech skills
Soft Skills
- Strong oral and writing skills
- Strong Collaboration
- Strong attention to detail
Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree
