At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Production Supervisor/Asset Owner :
Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational efficiency goals in alignment with the overall business strategy
Coach, train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Optimize resource utilization and asset performance while strictly adhering to established business processes and best practices
Establish and maintain effective communication systems within the team to ensure clear and efficient information flow
Manage documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring they are up to date and effective
Ensure compliance with all quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations
Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive improvements
Conduct Health and Safety audits and develop action plans for maintaining an orderly, clean work environment; owns and mitigates A-risks

You too, put forward your strengths:
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
Ability to collaborate effectively, with a strong commitment to servant leadership, creating a supportive and empowering environment that promotes team growth, development, and success
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a demonstrated commitment to ensuring compliance and creating a safe work environment for all team members
Confidence in navigating and resolving complex or ambiguous situations, with a solution-oriented approach
