In this key role, you'll be responsible for driving production targets and ensuring the smooth running of both production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily production and create a consistent pace on the production floor to ensure operations run efficiently.
Lead and motivate a team of operators and staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
Oversee and manage temporary staff, ensuring they are properly trained and integrated into daily production activities.
Monitor production to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient use of materials and minimizing waste.
Implement best practices in recycling processes, driving continuous improvements and reducing environmental impact.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on production performance and operational improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a leader/manager or in a similar role within manufacturing, recycling, or waste management.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a team and get involved in daily production activities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address issues on the floor.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
