- Base salary for the Production Supervisor ranges between $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually and is based on experience
- Schedule: 12h swing shifts (6:45 AM/PM) days, nights and weekends) - overall each month, there are two (2) weekends off and fifteen (15) working days total

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational efficiency goals in alignment with the overall business strategy
- Optimize resource utilization while strictly adhering to established business processes and best practices
- Establish and maintain effective communication systems within the team to ensure clear and efficient information flow
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive improvements
- Coach, train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement

You too, put forward your strengths:
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing industry (paper industry preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, ERP system (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Collaborative spirit, taking ownership of tasks and outcomes, while inspiring and engaging teammates to achieve common goals
- Strong problem-solving skills to address production challenges and optimize workflow
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Accountability for health and safety, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and fostering a safe work environment for all team members
