Responsibilities
🎯Lead and Manage: Coordinate daily activities for all production lines and directly supervise line employees to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
🎯Optimize Production Flow: Organize materials, manage inventory flow, and ensure that production lines have everything they need to run efficiently.
🎯Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring all items meet company standards.
🎯Solve Problems: Identify production issues quickly and resolve them to prevent downtime or delays. You’ll think on your feet and take charge when challenges arise.
🎯Maintain Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely completion of necessary documentation, including work orders, timecards, and production summaries.
🎯Safety First: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment for your team.
🎯Manage Supplies: Ensure timely ordering of manufacturing supplies and uniforms, while staying within budget.
Qualifications
âś…Education: A diploma or degree in a related field (mechanical background is nice to have but not required)
âś…Proven Leader: You have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment and can lead a team effectively.
✅Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and can handle administrative tasks with precision.
âś…Strong Communicator: You know how to communicate expectations clearly and keep your team motivated and informed.
✅Problem Solver: You’re quick to analyze and resolve any challenges that come up during the production process.
✅Detail-Oriented: You’ll keep track of multiple tasks and maintain organized documentation without missing a beat.
✅Hands-On: You’ll spend a significant portion of your day on the production floor, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
