Responsibilities
- Expert in mechanical systems? Lead fitting, welding, and assembly with precision.
- Keep production on track! Plan and execute schedules for seamless workflow.
- Master technical drawings & prototypes. Bring designs to life with accuracy.
- Oversee ASME parts coordination. From receiving to scheduling, keep it organized.
- Leverage ERP systems. Manage production data efficiently.
- Prioritize safety. Conduct regular meetings and enforce standards.
- Coach & empower your team. Drive continuous improvement through training and feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Production Lead or Production Supervisor
- Hands on experience in the metal industry
- Strong understand of welding process
- Mechanical Aptitude
- MS Office & ERO experience
