Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
As a team member, he/she must actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive work environment while participating in achieving or exceeding the organization's objectives.

Tasks:
Production Planning:
Plan production for the short and medium term (4 to 6-week horizon).
Track sales, manage inventory levels, and adjust production schedules accordingly.
Manage and plan subcontractors (co-manufacturers).
Set up, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators for his/her area.
Develop management tools to improve planning (communication with the sales team, brokers, customer sales analysis for long-term forecasts).
Optimize the ERP system related to production and logistics (receiving, shipping, warehousing, delivery).
Participate in production management and planning meetings.
Promote sector development by following best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to special projects or other tasks deemed relevant by the direct supervisor.
Resource Management:
Order the raw materials necessary for production via the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
Reduce inventory levels, analyze variances, and improve stock turnover rates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
3 to 5 years of experience in planning within the food industry.
Practical experience with ERP/MRP software for manufacturing management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Crystal Reports, Outlook).
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
Membership in a supply chain association (an asset).
