Responsibilities
Production & Plant Operations: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure efficient, high-quality production processes.
Materials Management: Manage procurement, supply chain, and inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Facilities Management: Ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of manufacturing facilities, creating a safe and productive environment.
Health & Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulations.
Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Continuous Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.
World-Class Facilities Design & Implementation: Design and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong organizational & managerial skills
Experience in Machining environment an asset
