Responsibilities
• Operator must be flexible to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
• Perform job set-ups, adjustments, startups, and shutdowns in accordance with specifications and standard
operating procedures
• Adjust the operating speed of machinery to meet optimal targets set by the company
• Monitor/ inspect/report safely, film quality, production, and equipment condition
• Report findings to the Supervisor or Specialist and work with them to resolve any cause of the defect
Qualifications
Willing to learn a Trade
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, in reading, writing, and basic math
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or similar industry preferred- press operator background
• will also train for blow film extrusion, multilayer extrusion
• Basic knowledge and hands-on press
