Being a fall intern at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of Jake Bennett for the fall of 2024!
- Support the current production supervisor in his daily tasks.
- Perform audits, performance evaluations and other related tasks.
- Find new ideas to help the team meet production standards.
- Daily communication with employees regarding production KPI.
- Ensure training coordination.
- Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties related to the job.

- Pursuit of a degree in Project Management, or other related disciplines
- Detail oriented, with strong listening skills.
- A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding.
- Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused.
- Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels.
- Basic knowledge of recycling programs (Cascades recovery process) is preferred.
